Right on the knocker Marty... ''Over Dist'' !!

Here is a demo I did last night.. a lot longer than I would normally do but I wanted to show the tonal shades available and how nicely it works with other pedals. My Model H is an all time favorite for the lively, juicy 'grunt' it has and I think Zhivago's prompt to compare them helps highlight just how much tweak is available on the treble and mid of the Payphone Green. Putting the PGOD next to my MH was very rewarding and reminded me how much I enjoy playing guitar! :pedallove

Wow! Awesome demo! :love10

Many thanks for comparing it to the H, these definitely are different enough.

The PGOD sounds a bit more modern to me than the H. It really does the low gain to high gain very well indeed. I love how effective the knobs are...there's lots of sounds in there for sure.

I can see how you could easily do a gig just with the PGOD!

Well done to Bjorn, an excellent pedal! :pedallove

Thanks guys! I must say that the low gain tones are so tasty that they just bounce off the finger tips!

Marty, I think you described it well in that as the mids become fuller; the tone retains a balanced focus and isn't boomy or fizzed out. I agree that this helps give the impression of a modern sound as John pointed out.. which again; makes for a really versatile box that I think any recording engineer would do backflips over to track guitars with! :music

Cool! Actually at a club now w/just my guitar and
the PGOD....played several songs full band...through
a solid state Peavy Bandit....sounded ripping and easy to dial in...
had no doubt it would easily translate live....additionally got to hear
it with another player using a hollow body PRS...again, turned
that Bandit into a fat 'n juicy 3D rocker...really nice!

Awesome!!! That is what I call a 'money where your mouth is' review  I'm not suprized your PGOD delivered in spades.. an all in live dirt box for sure!! I think the hollow body with it would have been heavenly..

It just occured to me that the Les Paul I used in the clip had a Gibson burstbucker pro at the neck and a DiMarzio Titan in the bridge which is a fairly tight, modern sounding pickup.. We tried a bunch of guitars at Björns when I was there last and the wild card winner for me was a telecaster.. damn it was amazing!! :pedallove

So.. anyone else who has received their PGOD and would like to share their experiences & impressions? I'm very interested as to what you think!

I spent the day running mine low gain and using it to stack into the Model H.. oh mamma!! :pedallove Zhivago, I think you need one haha!!
