Hey folks. It's a newbie here with a question about a Mini Vibe I just purchased second-hand. Truly a remarkable pedal. Does amazing things with a guitar's tone and then swirls it up a bit. I have noticed that when I engage it, the pedal adds a noticeable amount of high-end to the guitar's tone. It does this to such an extent that it makes it difficult to switch it on and off. it could work as an "always on" pedal without a doubt, but I wonder if I am missing something.
Has anyone else found this to be true? Maybe it is amp-dependent. So far I have only played it with single coils pickups into a 6L6 class A amp. Or should I try running it at a different voltage? I have only run it at 9v so far. I would appreciate any suggestions or feedback!
Late to the party, but very very glad to be here! Zach
