What's the wait time for pedals? I was added to the custom-sounds list on 6/6/12

I've been waiting on a BJFE Dyna Red from Custom Sounds since September 2012. I think Bjorn makes pedals in batches. What pedal did you order?

Oh okay. I didn't know that in regards to batches. I got put on a list for multiple pedals. HBOD, EGDM, Model H, and a PGC.

I think it should be called 'glad I waited' time instead
Nice collection you have coming!

Okay, that makes me reassured. I'm fine with waiting, just wasn't sure if I got lost in a shuffle or something. Can't wait! Years ago I had some BJF pedals, before Mad Professor etc. I remember I loved them, but GAS got the better of me. Unfortunately, never found anything that quite matched up since.

FYI, I just received notice today from Jani at Custom Sounds that Bjorn has completed my Dyna Red Distortion. They will be shipping it to me this week. So my wait was 10 months. Not too bad I guess.

Mmmm, the DRD was my first and still my favorite BJFe and I maintain that it is severely underrated. It has been one of the few constant pedals on my board since I first took delivery. Have fun with your new pedal when it shows up!

The DRD was my first too. One of the best! Enjoy.

For my taste, I preferred the Fetto at first, but then I wanted both because they felt and sounded different. The DRD was dryer, a bit more dynamic whereas the Fetto felt better for the huge 80's rock leads. Both great pedals, voiced really well.
