The old MH with translucent black paint and H fingerprinted

Postby thesjkexperience » Wed Jan 09, 2013 1:42 am

I cant remember how long ago I sold mine and I have not seen any around for a long time either. I am just wondering as my MHvT does not seem as dynamic as I remember the old MH being. The only real change is I have been using pure nickel 11 - 50 instead of pure nickel 10 - 46. That and a somewhat thicker pick.

Ideas?

How does the Bearfoot MH3k compare to the old BJFE MHs I am describing?

well the dynamics are based on how hard you hit the strings - do you think the you are hitting the same as before? ...... the heavier strings have a little more output and dont go as 'low' so you may be right ...
