Gift payment isn't necessary, but thanks  -- I should be able to let you know soon if extra kits will be available. I should also note, I have a few extra boards so if you're interested in a second (or third or fourth) board add $10 per board to your paypal payment and I'll include them with your kit

Alright folks -- I received payment for about half the kits so far. I've heard back from a few folks who passed and I'm waiting on a few folks to respond. Since most folks have read my PMs (whether they've responded or not) I will be PMing the rest of the people on the list to see if they'd like kits. If you were on the list and haven't heard anything let me know, but at this point the remaining kits will go "first come first served" so I don't have to wait around forever hoping people respond... :laughing7

If there are still extras left in a few days I'll be posting them on the Buy/Sell/Trade forum for general sale here.

By the way here is the prototype that was successfully completed a week or so ago

Image

The input/output impedance controls are subtle but they help dial in the resonant frequencies and I think when incorporated into a pedal board may have more noticeable effects, specifically on how gain pedals react to the buffer. Very cool indeed. This one will be headed to Hulakatt once I can double check that I have the wiring diagram drawn up correctly. :music

So far 14 of the 18 are spoken for (13 with payment received, 1 awaiting payment).

:pedallove

Will stop by the PO tomorrow and get shipping labels, delivery conf. labels and international shipping paperwork so I can get these out this week! It's been a long time and a lot of work but it looks like it's finally gonna be time for the fun part!!!

Is my math correct? 16mm = .63" = 5/8" That seems really large for a pot shaft! The pots for a Tele are just a bit over 6mm.

16mm is the pot size (the piece inside the pedal). The shaft is 1/4". Pretty much anything will work from these links...

http://www.pedalpartsplus.com/mm5/merch ... y_Code=KNB
http://www.mammothelectronics.com/Guita ... s-s/25.htm (avoid the ones for "D" shaft or knurled shaft pots)
http://www.smallbearelec.com/servlet/Ca ... 9&total=68 (avoid the ones for "D" shaft or knurled shaft pots)

I believe the BJFe pedals use european pots where the shaft isn't quite the same because its metric. Also, I have no idea where they get their knobs as I haven't seen them at any of the US retailers?

Most likely although their description seems to be lacking enough information to tell for sure, although I'm almost certain I've purchased these same knobs (or very similar) in black and they worked just fine.

Oh and just FYI, I'm pretty sure Mammoth is doing 25% off knobs for cyber Monday. :glasses

11 kits went out today
2 more going out tomorrow
1 is mine :glasses

I should have either PM'd you tracking info here or you should be able to see it on PayPal. If you don't see it in one of those two spots by tomorrow night, shoot me a PM and let me know.

4 kits still remain. They are now available on a first come first served basis to anyone through this forum.

$108 paypalled and shipped USPS priority for folks in the US
$140 paypalled and shipped USPS priority international for folks outside of the US
