I have a good number of fuzzes, but a Bearfoot CAF, PPF, or the AWF (SWF or ALF too), would be sweet. Especially if they are friendlier to other pedals and pedal order than my favorite fuzzes!

Since my recent acquisition of a PPF I have sold off all my other fuzz boxes w/ the exception of a Wren & Cuff Tall Font Russian which I gig with... Played my PPF out and it was getting eye'd up by several patrons which usually means I need to get it off my board and somewhere safe if I can't replace it.

WOuld really like to try a AWF next if possible.

Well, what would be a good and quick rundown of the BJFe fuzzes? I mean we have the

Arctic White Fuzz
Candy Apple Fuzz
Pink Purple Fuzz
Folk Fuzz

And some more I believe but what do each of them sound like? Are they close to something out there? Wild and woolly or tame and overdrive-ish?

I've only had the opportunity to play a Folk Fuzz and it was a very overdrive-ish fuzz like the AstroTone.

I would also argue the Baby Blue Overdrive is closely related to this category though much more on the OD end of the spectrum.

I would love to be added to the Fuzz tourbox, that would be a really cool one! +1 on the AWF - really classy smooth Fuzz.

Yeah. I found that there were definite similarities between the PPF and the BBOD (at least in the way I used both these pedals). The PPF was a great fuzz and can be made to sound very similar to the BBOD, but since I used it more like a fuzzy OD and liked the BBOD more, I moved it on (for the record, I think the BBOD is the best OD I've ever used so the PPF was always going to lose that battle).

The CAF wasn't for me. I can see why people love it, but it didn't suit my playing.

Like someone else who commented in this thread, I love Tonebenders. If there was a BF fuzz with a Tonebender sound and feel than I'd be all over it. I most likely wouldn't buy a BF version of the PPF or CAF.
