BJFE / BearFoot fx Guitar Effects Community

Anyone hip to cornford or Koch amps?? I have a Koch multitone that I tonally love but it's extremely unreliable on live gigs. It's got el34 tubes.

I'm looking for the bjfe pedal/combination that would give me that high gain spongy tone. Smooth creamy highs and somewhat loose bottom with smooth upper mids. Very Greg Howe-like tone. I do alot of legato and hammer-on playing on my strat style rosewood neck guitar through a musicman amp. I love Bjorns concept of getting your desired tones with a clean platform.

EL34s into what kind of speakers ?

Probably a stack would be best , maybe DRD into LGW

maybe a PGC before or after to get the compression right ~~~~

maybe even an MP Mighty Red, its 80s legato in spades ....
