tonite's the nite for new pedal demos :-)

Postby Bobby D » Tue May 17, 2011 4:09 pm

hey everybody!

i know there are MANY that are waiting to hear the new STONE GREY Distortion

and i also have a Baby blue OD on loan, as well as a Model Arrrrrrr R :pedallove

but i did not want to do the usual "pedal demo in my bedroom" thing with these.

So.....I am going to George Scholz's amp cave tonite, to do demos thru his GS-100 all tube Harry Joyce style head and matching Harry Joyce 4x12 cabs loaded with Sugarcone speakers.

I tried to film a demo of the Sgtone Grey at home using a small amp, but i did not like the way it sounded.

TONITE's THE NITE......it's gonna be alright...... :love4

demos to be posted tomorrow :joker

Shot all these videos at my amp tech;s "amp cave"

George had JUST completed a brand new HJ-50 custom made Harry Joyce style 50 watt head, and I was also blessed to have studio/session great JEFF PRINE at the shop to shoot some demos.

I will upload them as they get finished!

by the way -- both Jeff Prine and George Scholz both liked the Mad Professor STONE GREY better than the Baby Blue OD and the Model R....although the Model R was a close second....

but the Stone Grey was the favorite all the way around!
