Hats off to BJORN part 2

This past Sat I was playing with a few guys and, after setting up, couldn't get the Model G to turn on. Checked battery checked pp2 connection to the pedal (did not check connection to pp2 ) ended up playing without the Model G and REALLY missed it.

Got home, emailed Bjorn, in less than 5 minutes had a response from the master himself and remembered yet another reason why I love this gear so much. When was the last time you had a problem with an electronic item and you got to trouble shoot with the designer and builder?

Bjorn is the absolute best and I am not mincing my words when I say that his customer service is top top top notch. I actually can't wait to rebuild my collection and get ALL of his goodies. They;re just too good.
