Yep, definitely close enough in sound to be accounted for by pot tolerances.
I think i read that differently then you meant it, or not....

Close enough that I was thinking that the tolerances in the part values probably account for any difference in sound heard. I hope that made sense. I was just trying to say that the Bearfoot HoneyBee is legit!

I start out with one of the pedals and strum an A chord. Then I play a little melody. Then I play an ascending chromatic chord pattern and come back to the A.
You'll hear me say "Two!" and then I run through the same pattern again with the second pedal
Guess which is the BJFe, and which is the Bearfoot- answers forthcoming tomorrow:

So my HBOD has arrived but my girlfriend is in town so I won't have a chance to test drive it until some time next week
However, based purely on the fact that I liked #2 better in the sound clip I'll say that was the BJF, although they do sound like the same pedal just with the drive knob turned up and maybe the nature down slightly on clip 2 compared to 1. So I'll say...
#1 BearFoot
#2 BJFe
But to be fair I feel like I can get both of those sounds out of my BJF so it's starting to look like Donner and Bjorn haven't been blowing any smoke up our So I'm glad my optimistic thoughts have been confirmed. Great work Donner/BJ
