Very cool!

Donner, didn't you mention something about this giving you similar HBOD feel for guitar? IIRC you said something along those lines.

Can anyone elaborate on this drive more? Anyone know how/if it works well for guitar? Or is this strictly a bass OD?

:love10

oh, well it was one of the parents of the Honey Bee, its too dark for most guitar rigs straight but has a cool grind with a good boost ...... would be a fun pairing with the new Red Booster

yes - those with sharp eyes will notice the 3BOD now sports a 'nature' control instead of a tone control .....

this is about as close as your going to get to a Bass Honey Bee

So the tone circuit changed with the label? I thought the Honeybee's nature control was pretty similar in functionality to the 3BOD's tone... just voiced in a different range.

I don't think I could part with my old blueberry, but it'd be worth trying the new one if the tone control had enough of a change.

little birdie said its a higher gain version based loosely on the 3BOD so its not a straight copy .... its its own deal apparantly .....
