Yup, that's what I meant. I owned the little purple overdrive(syod v1 in different enclosure from what I understand) for a while a couple years back, and it sounded killer with the orange I had at the time(which was a really dark amp). When I sold the orange and picked up my dr. z the LPOD was the first thing to go. Really bright pedal + really bright amp = ouch on my ears. I've been a bit curious about v2 as of late.[/quote]

Gave the honey bee some more time today, and I'm starting to like it more. The nature knob is quite the beast to figure out. I'll probably keep it around for a while longer before I decide whether it stays or goes. Definitely enjoying it more now than I was the other day, so that's a good thing.

Next on the list is a pine green compressor.

Yes the HB can be a bit of an acquired taste in some rigs - depending on how different its EQ is from your base EQ --- it can be too much of a jump on some rigs......

(and check the buy/sell section for a SYv2 :wink: )
