Alf has landed, but I can't play till tomorrow
too busy. While I know the truth about how amazing this pedal is even without Bjorn's magic paint, it might be an idea for Bjorn to produce pedals in unpainted boxes as an option so our wives wont realize what these things really cost
!
Any white fuzz stories to share?

Terrific Fuzz, much more to my tastes and than the CAF. The ALF is more along the lines of Bill's PPF, sweet long sustain, tweakable to high gain distortion (sort of like "Delicate Sound of Thunder"), but also the typical Cream kind of stuff.
Played at a studio, full volume, this weekend and the ALF was great fun to kick in on solos and 60's and 70's classic rock tunes.
At home, it can create feedback at lower volume and sounds outstanding thru a little analog delay. This one's a keeper for me.
I would love to hear this next to Bill's PPF, perhaps a trip might be in store for the ALF if Bill or Bobby would like to do a demo.
Oh, and the ALF is terrific with a little SYOD V1 driving it and adding sparkle!

Sweet! Sounds awesome man- And great idea for the BJFE fuzz shootout demo.. Id totally ship this to Bobby- the challenge is getting it out of my greezy little hands long enough, Im in love with this thing. Perhaps after the honeymoon phase, Id totally be up for it..
