Does this look like #92 or #02? It's kind of hard to tell..seems like some of it rubbed off?

Looks like "02" to me from the brush strokes, and how there's no evidence of flaking--how the path of the zero "jumps" the raised portion of the pedal case--and that there's no indication from the pic that there was a longer "tail" on the zero at one point(by comparison of the first "P" in PPF.
