Do they ship to PO Boxes? I may try this. What shipping service did they use for you?

Also, one US website (The Mad Ape) has them listed as coming soon at $169.00, it looks like ordering through MP is about $211 USD, converted from Euros. I wonder if the US shop has the wrong price?

Thanks!

That I don't know, but they've always been great about answering my emails quickly!

hmmm.......very interesting pedal.

i used it last nite. it literally went from the box to the pedalboard and straight to the gig

i like the buffer. very nice.

the gain control + the master volume is BRILLIANT. i cranked up the gain and kept the master at noon, for a somewhat dirty boost.

used it most of the nite as my "always on" pedal, along with the deep blue.

it KILLED stacked in front of LGW and SHOD.

this Ruby Red is gonna be a popular girl :love4

Agree Mr D!!

I just played it for a few hrs and this is a GREAT boost. 40dB  The treble boost LRT side isnt as pronounced as I thought it would be. The RRB side is perfect. I run it with the master wide open and boost at about 12 for a great lead volume/gain boost in front of the amp.. Treble also set at noon to blend in a little high end grit!

Ahh--got mine a couple of days ago, and at the risk of sounding like a broken record--Blog, Blog, Blog...it sounds AWESOME!

GREAT merge of the RRB and LRT to dial in the amount of slice and dirt(or not) for some stack smackin'. Have to spend more time with it, but as a simple booster with a little lift, it rawks!

Buffer works great as well...cool thing is that it's a distinctly different lift than from what you get from the SBEQ...at this price, a winner for sure!

guys.....i gotta say this new ruby red is a TOTAL WINNER.

i know we all love the handmade mojo of the BJFe pedals. i do too :love4

i used the Ruby Red, along with the new CB versions of the SHOD and LGW last nite, and you know what? i ended up using the RUBY RED nearly all nite long!

with the gain cranked all the way up, slight treble boost set to 1 oclock, master volume set to one oclock for a bit of a boost into the amp, it sounded BIG and OPEN and with just the right amount of HAIR and EDGE to the sound.

i have buffer set ON.....

this Ruby Red is now going to be the pedal that always rides in my gigbag, for times when i am not using my rig, or going to a jam session.

this new series of pedals from MP is really killer.....now, if we can get the Forest Green, the Tiny Orange, the Mighty Red.....

and if i could dare to dream, PLEASE MAKE AN MP version of the CLIFFHANGER II......market it as the high gain pedal for modern rockers, 7 string players, downtuned guys. the CH II would be the one BJFe pedal that i think would catch the ears of many young HEAVY guitarists..... :pedallove :pedallove :pedallove
