Wow nice collection there paine. I also am curious about those stickers. Never really seen anything like them on the BJF pedals. Even Tahara Inc. Good luck, though at that price its a pretty catch.

Wow, thats a rare one.. I dont have one of those......
If memory serves when Tahara started carrying them in Japan they thought the hand lettering was too 'hand made' looking for the Japanese market and those stickers were added for awhile ....

Actually what Taharu felt was too handmade was the neoprane that was glued to the bottomplate as the edges were not perfectly even.
A factory would have a machine for cutting things like that..........
I'd say this one is from the first batch of 35 Baby Blue OD's sent to Taharu. For the next order I mounted small rubber feet on their request and just because the bottomplate then would be raw these were 'sushi feet'.
The decals were used on all BJF pedals sold by Taharu and they also distributed to many stores not limited to Japan but neighbouring countries too, and much in the same way as one can find on some guitars and other gear the name of the distributor on a decal.
