How do other boards filter all that stuff? Is it the software used to create the board?

I changed the regi requirements as many people were not able to regi as I have to filter each one ---- I thought maybe it would be less time consuming to just wipe out the uglies...... but I think its back to what it was..... thanks ~ sorry ~ etc......
