Hi, this is how I use my MP's one at a time one and together:
SHOD is on almost all the time, set to pretty low gain, and since it's so dynamic and reacts so well to the pick attack I use it for everything between clean pop sounds (picking very lightly) to AC/DC-rhythm stuff (picking VERY hard). I'm not using the SHOD by itself for lead parts very often.
I set the LGW to medium gain giving me more sustain than the SHOD and a more bluesy tone, a little warmer than the SHOD which is quite bright.
I use the SBOD for more rocking sounds were I need a little more compression and gain, I think it's great for all kind of rock music and by working a little with the volume knob on the guitar there is a lot of cool sounds to find. Great for both rhythm and lead parts.
When I want it to be really, really clean I turn on the FGC instead of the SHOD. When I wanna play 80's rock I think the MRD is fantastic. I don't use the FRF very often, although I think it's a great pedal. Will try to fit it into a song ASAP
The MYT and the TOP is used mostly to giving my clean sound a little more color. I almost always have the DBD turned on during lead parts giving it a bit more ambience. And the SWAW I use mainly for funky rhythm stuff. I use the RC Booster as a solo boost.
I do a lot of stacking. Love stacking the SHOD->LGW, set as I use them the warmth of the LGW and the brightness of the SHOD together gives me a fantastic blues lead sound. The LGW->MRD is also great. Great 80's style leads with sustain for ages
Don't have the time to describe all stacking combinations I use in detail, but here's a few mentioned shortly:
SHOD->SBOD
SHOD->LGW->SBOD
SHOD->LGW->MRD
LGW->SBOD
