I run my gear through the Voodoo Labs Power PLus 2 like many folks so using say 12v is as easy as a switch. So since it seems to improve the headroom in some pedals I usually select 12v. I have tried 18v on a few pedals. More recently i read a thread about how incredible a SWF/AWF sounds when fed 18v although I have yet to try it out myself or even actually get my hands on one! (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1488). All in all, the PGC and SBEQ sound noticeably clearer with more headroom at 12v. I haven't really specifically tested them out at 18 though I can try it tonight. I should actually post feedback on the Model H at 18v too since i'm getting curious now :)

I bought the ISO 5 to run my EGDM at 18v at like it...

Also, run my PGC at 12v and like that as well......cheers

Liked running my RRB at 18v more than at 9 or 12

Like running my HBOD and H at 9v's

FGC didnt seem to do too much at 12v for me, preferred it at 9 actually as it sounded almost like it was overloaded and a bit fizzy or something.. I'm been called crazy more than once...:)

My happy medium is 12 Volts for all effects listed below except for the HBOD which sounds best between 7.5 and 8 V. I do like the EGDM at 18 V, but space is so tight as it is on my PP2+ with 11 pedals on the board. One of the spots is a fuzz "of the day" and they all run on batteries.

A lot of it depends on the headroom of the amp combined with the volume you play at to get the pedals to feel part of the system. Only with BJF can I say that! Just like it takes time to find the best pedal order it does take some time to get the feel for the pedals at different voltages. For example the Model H actually sounds better at 9 Volts, but my amps are lower headroom and I dont play that loud right now, so the 12 volts sounds better right now. I might say the same for the DRD, but I like the PGC and SBEQ at 12 no matter what.
