Hi,

This is the precise tricky part I was going for and it's one that gives high gain that you can play at stadiumlevels and have controllable feedback with yet play whatever complex chords you can come up with at quite massive distortion something which I guess I always go for in some way but Iotherwise mostly work with dynamics in distortion in this one I focused on clarity in high gain and I think it lives its own life with its own sound unlike anyother distortionbox I have ever played.
If I'd be asked what it sounds like I'd have no better answer than like it itself- close to many things but not quite.

Oh, you know I think I asked myself more times than I care to remember why I bothered and what I was even doing and if it would even matter in the long run perhaps much because this is a sound more or less and one you you can tweak just to set contrallable feedback.....woohoo

Have fun
BJ

both the DS-1 and the SD-1 really surprised me at HOW GOOD they both sound. 8)

they are competitive with the BJF and MP pedals......

anyhow -- here is a nice photo of the Asteroids, night sky over Islamorada Florida. i used it at a gig, and i hit the opening chord Asus2 that is the opening of "Purple Rain" by Prince -- and the sound was SO GOOD the entire band turned around and wondered how i was getting THAT sound. the Asteroids may be, for me, the perfect chorus.
