BJ himself has talked about his "noodle" days......i think we have ALL been there.

the way the economy is, i am BACK to noodle days.....

hopefully once my girl gets done with school and her Microsoft certifications, we will get back to having a little more money.

i have already lost my car, my job, and all my gear that i can afford to lose.

but there are things like my BJF and MP pedals and my '69 strat, that even if i am LIVING ON THE STREET, i will NOT sell them

things will get better........

Yep, we've all been there. Oh yes, things will get better. Hope it gets better for both of you soon, and that living on the street won't be necessary! :)

I hope it will be better for me within a year.

I work in another city than I live, so I have two homes, lots of traveling, lots of double expences... And a teacher in Sweden really doesn't make much money...

But I hope that in a year I will either move or get a good job in Gothenburg. I can't move now, finding an appartment in Gothenburg is reeeally hard, and I only have job one more year, then maybe more, nut I can't be sure so... I will have to face the music until then.

yes......times are tough for most people right now.

but i am very lucky.....i have a WONDERFUL fiance, who supports me musically, and loves music.

i have three wonderful daughters, who make life special.

and i have my constant companion, my cat.......she keeps me smiling.

and i am still here, people still like to hear me play, and my pedal demos have allowed me to become friends with people all over the world! i have loved effects pedals since my first fuzz in 1974, and my pedals really make me smile.

i am truly glad that i discovered BJF pedals years ago, with that EGDM i found in a music store. i had NO IDEA what it was, but there was something special about it, and i bought it without even plugging it in.

i have made many friends thru BJFE, and also the Mad Professor crew -- Harri and Eero are great guys, Jukka is amazing, and Bjorn is -- well -- Bjorn. we are brothers from different mothers. and he is AMAZING......

Sounds like you are very happy with your life! That's good. A loving family, a very cute cat, music, and gear. What else do you need? (Well, food is nice...) :D

A few years ago I came to the conclusion that being happy and satisfied with your life is the only thing that matters in the end. The poor guy with an underpaid job who loves his life anyway is far more successful than the rich man who never finds peace. Good for you!

What was your first fuzz? My first pedal was a Boss Hyper Metal, must have been in -94.

People around here seem very nice, and every time I've had questions, everybody has been very helpful! :D

Funny enough, I saw a picture of Baby Blue in Fuzz Magazine. I fell in love on the spot. Reading the review didn't exactly make the love go away... Still it took me a few years to get one... :?

first fuzz was a Sekova chrome wedge fuzz, with built in coil cable, it was pretty wild!

then i got a jordan Bosstone from my friend, his dad used it in nashville on pedal steel guitar

and then, hundreds of pedals later, here i am

i LOVE red pedals........which means, i should have kept my DRD and CAF

Hehe, guess it will take me a few years to reach hundreds of pedals, think I might have reached 40.

Yep, you should. But you know, it's not too late to repent and return to paradise...
