Newfound appreciation for the MGMV/SBMV!!

So I've never been a traditional univibe guy, got all the respect in the world for Hendrix and Trower etc etc but have never really tried to emulate that sound. Still though, the gear nerd in me has been itching to try a variety of vibes to find the one that was really right for me, if one was at all. Well, lo and behold, the one that is right for me has been under my nose the whole time!
Since the MGMV isn't really a standard univibe for some reason I kind of wrote it off into some different category of modulation--have always loved it, but for whatever reason I never saw it as the end of my vibe search. But ya know what? Now that I've tried several other ones, every damn one I A/B with my SBMV I wind up coming back to the SBMV. The throb is just so beautiful, and on the 2 stomp the cupsize switch is just incredibly useful.
I'm still waiting to try a FoxRox Aquavibe, and if I can ever get my hands on an old Perscription Electronics Ultravibe i'll probably check that out too, but I no longer have any expectations of anything "beating" the SBMV for the sound I want.
