reports from namm saying there's a new mp prototype there which is supposed to be in the honey bee vein of things. Potential awesome in the works right there. Anybody else heard anything about new products for the year?

Bump! I'm getting ready to buy a Honey Bee from a guy and I'm curious to see if this might be better tasting for me.

first off, this is awesome news if true.

2nd, i still wouldn't put off buying a real HB. if the new pedal rollout is like it was with the SWAW and FGC, it'll still be a while before dealers have them in any kind of big, steady stock and it may actually be more difficult to attain than a regular HB for a time since demand will be very high.

and as good as i'm sure it'll sound, you've just got to experience the real deal done by Bjorn's hands and ears. you've just got to.

i'm loving the idea of having a backup MP style honey bee for gigging though. beautiful.

I've had a honey bee before, I'm just looking to pick one up again.

Far too kind, Doc.

In reading what bjorn has to say about pedals...I'm thinking I'm starting to become infatuated with these little boxes and knob controls

pics pics pics!

if i were there, pics would have been uploaded on thursday night

i document stuff like that.

we want to see the both, and the new pedals. i am sure someone from the MP crew will do that once they get finished with the show. seriously, when i have gone to NAMM as a manufacturer, I worked 16 hour days, then spent a few hours in the Anaheim Hilton bar, then slept 3-4 hours, got up, and did it all again.....

it's much nicer going as an artist. you go to a booth that's already set up, play guitar for a few hours, then get to leave 8) 8) 8)

Hi,

Rarely are there much if any reports from the MP Booth at NAMM on the net. However each year there's something new and for this event there's a lowgain OD described in another thread.
The proto unit was sent and recieved by the MP crew at NAMM.
This proto has no text and name is to be settled later.

Indeed I'd wish to see some photos too.

Have fun
BJ

Found this link on TGP...not a ton of info, but the thread was started by someone who was asked to demo the pedals by Harri.
He seemed to be really impressed by the new proto
