Very nice! ok... the mini jimi caught my eye... would you care to enlighten us a bit about it? Is it in the same vein as a captain coconut?

Thanks! It's funny, that is the main comment I get. Ya, it is Analogman's version of the Captain Coconut. I like it, the Sunface is amazing (I have BC183s in it), the modified Dano Chicken Salad Vibe is decent (not as good as some vibes but it works for how little I get to use it in my band), and the Dunlop Octavia is again decent enough, I only use it on leads in a couple songs. The Mini Jimi is just really convenient to have all these effects in one. I am thinking about moving it to a PT-Jr board I am planning to build that I would use for small gigs because it has a lot of tones packed in one box.

Sounds like a really cool unit  Hendrix really was a genius and it is pretty cool to see his legacy in units like this... Anyway, my bet is you pull some amazing sounds from that board!

Oh yeah, nice to see analogman and dave fox doing their thing.. I imagine they must have had some interesting conversations over this... Love to see an A/B sometime!

I do love AnalogMan. From what I heard Dave Fox did come up with the CC however Mike did help with some of the testing initially. I like both their stuff. My AM Sunface Germanium NKT-275 White Dot & FR AquaVibe are killer! I like the BC183 & BC108 silicon combo Sunface as well.
Really like the pedalboard Stratguy23 very nice

Ya, Hendrix really was a genius! He was one of the first to embrace a lot of effects. He is also my favorite guitar player and biggest influence, so ya I try to keep the legacy going in ways that I can :) and thanks, the board really is capable of some cool tones. I use the Mini Jimi for Black Keys/Gary Clark Jr. and of course Jimi tones, works great for all that. The Modfactor does a lot for me chorus for '90's grunge and the '80s song or 2 my band covers, leslie stuff for when I cover organ parts, phaser on a song or two as well. I could (and would like to) use it more, but my band just doesn't play much effect heavy music, but it works great. The Ring Thing just got added in place of my HOG (still have the HOG, it is great but MASSIVE), I'm gonna be using it for mild pitch shifts, maybe some trem/vibe tones, it does a lot, I just need to figure out how I want to use it with this band (I've owned it for a few years and have some cool presets stored from an older band). The Sonic Titan is my main distortion, it sounds good, low noise, I like it, I do wanna add a Model H and/or Dyna Red (I have a Dyna Red Hot on my practice PT-Mini board) for a different flavor of dirt. The Honey covers lower gain stuff like Black Crowes, Georgia Satellite, John Cougar Mellencamp that we play, and the Timmy gets stacked with it for more gain (works GREAT for this, love the combo). The Drag'n'Fly is my main heavy gain lead fuzz. Decimator is always on as is the Cleanness (set to slight gain and treble boost and pretty decent mid boost). Flint is mainly set to spring though I do use the plate and 80's, all are great.

If someone wants to send me a Captain Coconut, I would be happy to do a comparison of the two :D

I do not actually have the captain coconut, but the first three pedals on my board gets you real close! The CC Hybrid is the best all around fuzz eva!

Ya, I had the Octron, which I sold like an idiot, I want to try another one. The Aquavibe is on my list, but I just never seem to have the cash to get one when I am GASing hard for it, and ya the CC Hybrid is on my list of pedals to try for sure! Btw guys, I have a very cool pedal coming in soon, stay tuned.
