I recently moved everything to a larger board with the addition of the Providence D80. The MML2 has a dedicated power adaptor. One of the One Spots powers the D80, the term and the MGMV. The other powers the tuner, Ep Booster, and the BJF drives.

For you Providence Delay users, do you find the lack of a tap tempo to be a pain? This has always been the source of my reluctance regarding both this and the Cornish TES. When playing live, unless the drummer is using a click track, he/she is sure to get slightly off. Not having a way to account for this drives me mad.

I never expect my delay repeats to completely sync with the meter and tempo of a song. I know dotted-eighth users would be reluctant to survive without tap, but I find being without one is completely fine.

I would much rather learn to play the faster, more complex riffs manually than play them halfway and expect the delay to do the rest. I generally use delay to add a little more space to my sound, for slapback and also for modulation purposes.

I know you love tap, Mike, so you might not want to go "naked" without that option. But maybe you might?
