paint colors

Postby fugot » Mon May 14, 2007 11:50 pm

I ordered a pedalboard from Kevin at Pumaboards. A painted pedalboard. (Couldn't let the kids from down under have all the fun...)
Kevin showed me the colors I could pick from, by directing me to where he gets his paint, which is essentially hi-end spray on automotive paint. After seeing the colors available, I chose burgandy mist with sherwood green stripes.
I never knew the connection between fender colors and chevrolet colors before, but I see them now everywhere. daphne blue, sonic blue, dakata red, gold, seafoam green, aged cream...made me realize how cool colors are and how cool a professional paint job is.
BTW, The painted Pumaboard is for my BJFe pedals, so it would be nice to have an OD in purple. ;)

and kevin,is extremely gracious and professional at Pumaboards-I will show (off) pics of my board when it arrives. peace mike
