New MP's?

Postby zion » Mon Nov 12, 2007 9:05 pm

Greetings,
I just sold off some pedals to make room for the new MP's. The last release date that I heard was the end of October. Are there any updates as far as when they will be available? Thanks!

MP had a few setbacks like boxes and painting, but the hope to have some out in december and the real push is for NAMM in Jan.

Hi,

On new MP's for 2010 I can mention that there's a Bass Overdrive/Distortion coming. This is to replace more orless BJF Blueberry BassOverdrive while the MP has a lot more gain on tap and this is something I learnt from feedback also from this board to add.
Controls on this are the same as on 3BOD while gain range is as I said a whole lot higher

There's also an MP booster pedal the Ruby Red Booster- yes I believe pun is intended.

This MP RRB is to be a close version and combination of the circuits of BJF Red Rooster Booster and BJF Little Red Trebler and this model also has a a built in buffer that can be selected in bypas so the unit can have either truebypass or buffered bypass by selecetion of an internal switch.

There are a few more models that may make it this year while during 2010 there are other changes that affects all models.

Meanwhile back at the lab the search for reverbsound continues.

Have fun

Reverb!! yes that'd be great. Any news on what the BJFE line may have to offer? Any prototype pedals that could make it to the production line ;)

Hi,

Yes Reverb I have been working on for a long time and I am very picky about how sound maybe because for the most time I can see a short echo being more useful ........unless the reverbsound is enchanting.

For MP Amplification besides the soon in production OS21 there's an intermediate amplifier and both of thses will be offered with reverb and there's also a standalone tube reverb in the works

What can make it to productionline of the prototypes is uncertain at the moment as some parts have a long shippingtime.

But we are looking into possibilities.......and I'll return to that as soon as I know more.
Something I'd really like to do is increase the availability of some models and I am looking into that

BJF line is slimming at the moment to reform again during 2010

Currently production is full steam ahead on getting backorder out.

Meanwhile back at the lab the Model G is cooking along with some custom models and some more prototypes.

Have fun
