I was wondering how the production of these pedals is looking, i.e are there more being made anytime soon?

Reason being, I'm on the waiting list over at tonefactor.com and was just wondering if there will be some more out soon? Or can I buy one direct from you anyway?

Yes the 3BOD is still in production - in fact there is a batch in the pipeline ~ shouldnt be too long , but stay in touch with your dealer....

Yes 3BOD's are still made just not that many orders for that model as compared to others- I guess too little is known about it.
Yes there are more on the way and landing for distribution though I don't know where they go, but I know Brad and he'll let you know. Hnag on to Brad and sya hi from me.
Ah, no I cannot handle directsales that would complicate too many things and biting my distributionsystem in the leg at the same time.

Well 3BOD's have shipped. I would not know to whom, just orders in a pile.
I guess I'll make some more, meaning coming in next batch too.

I think if Brad was shipped something he'd know. While I won't know.
3BOD's aren't the highest pressure item but I do try to squeeze some in as parts fit as there have been some orders for 3 BOD's.

That is I am afraid the best answer I can give at this point
