Absolutely, I'm sending #2 to Donner expressly for this purpose.

Björn suggested it would be a good idea to do kits, so I intend to do so. I keep a large stock of the parts used in this design, so it shouldn't be any trouble for me to do it, but I do have some general questions, ie; what sort of things should be included, what price would be considered reasonable, and what sort of quantities might be expected? I mean, what would be better, a simple kit with just the board and components that go on it, or a full kit with the board, components, box, footswitch, etc...? I want to include good quality parts, no cheap stuff.

A lot of people struggled with the parts that get wrapped around the board last time so it might be a good idea to include an enclosure, jacks, pots, etc... and make the price a bit higher to compensate. You could probably pull it off really well for $50 a kit with a good board and parts.

Well I was talking about a blank box. Im sure people would pay $100 for a whole kit including a donnerbox because they would end up with a really cool and nice looking product and they wouldn't have to worry about the week of waiting for paint to really dry before building the whole thing.

Yeah this is true - and if there is a standard drilling pattern agreed to it would be easy to NOT paint a number of them at a lower price...

Well it only has two knobs right? I figure you could just drill them like pretty much every other 2-knob 1590-sized pedal and everyone would be plenty happy.

All drill patterns must be spaced symmetrically according to the Rule of Fours. I use a compass to determine this. I create little grid patterns for each box size to ensure the correct spacing ratio. It's very important... it won't look right if it doesn't follow the proper natural proportions. This is the same technique the ancient Romans used for creating perfect arches and whatnot.

I really like Soul's Folk Driver - I breadboarded one up yesterday. I like the Timbre control it's very fun to play with, not a standard control at all.

I've just finished the Silver Orchid See attached images! Controls (from left to right) Drive, Bloom, Level. It's quite rock 'n roll in it's tone, quite marshally - good really because that's what I was after! It's based basically around my "Fred Briggs OD" (scheme on my blog) with a few component changes and a charge pump to up the internal voltage to 18V.

Hello hello, If it's OK I'd like to put in the Silver Orchid and the Hummingbird De'Luxe pedal for touring duties please.

I was looking to do three pedals but I couldn't get the standard Hummingbird circuit to sound how I wanted using an IC so I went back to using the discrete circuit of the De'Luxe. The Hummingbird Standard is now an exact clone of the De'Luxe but with the "compression" control on an internal trim pot instead of on the outside like the De'Luxe.
