Thanks Donner. That means alot coming from you 8) The base color is blue metallic from Duplicolor. Then I did a prism topcoat. Can't remember the brand offhand. I'll have to go out to the garage and check.

Ah very cool -- the prismatic stuff is big fun tho I havent seen it in a while --- I have this curse that as soon as I find a unique paint I really dig --- they discontinue it

These first examples are jawdropping gorgeous! You fellas are certainly no slouches in
FX department! I submit my spartan (stealth, not!) build. I built it with the furnished
xistors and LEDs. I have another PC that I will try my recently acquired Ge NPN trannies
and I'll go through some tasty Ge diodes to get the MeauxJo hattnin'. I think I owe it to
myself to audition 5mm LEDs in this puppy too. They made a big difference in my hand
chewed CJOD knock-off. It definitely elevated that pedal from an ignominious TS clone
(and the Burr-Brown OP amp fer sure!) to a chewy & invitingly sexier OD.

I'm gonna go play it for a while....

Thanks to Bjorn, JFromel, NOC3 & Donner for getting like minded Fuzzaholix
united with such a tasty project!!

do have some schmoozing power with the jolly old soul.
Power Chords don't contain a third, so the maj&min qualities are not present. Heavy distortion adds harmonic content, and only perfect intervals have enough consonance to be clearly articulated at high distortion levels_DFunk

Dakaware knobs are so sexy. I'm pathetically under their spell.

I found these Mint Green ones for the Sustainer controls on my Fernandez &
put a dial plate under that yellowed "stovepipe" Volume control.

I haven't seriously investigated but I dont believe 5mm LEDs sound different from 3mm leds. Color may make a difference because of changes in voltage but the size is mostly a hardware-type change.
